Toe Tag Monologues are written by retired Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer, R. Byron Stringer. The stories are based on real life and death situations our youth face daily.  Stringer took events from the streets and put pen to paper to create Toe Tag Monologues to address the multi-faceted challenges resulting from drug abuse, bullying, drinking, and driving, teen suicide, human trafficking, gang violence, school violence and shootings, domestic violence, self-harm, and low self-esteem.  These powerful monologues present realistic scenarios and help youth to understand how their choices can lead to a toe tag and body bag.  These “teachable moments” encourage youth to engage in open discussions and feel safe seeking help from adults and professional mental health service providers. These “conversational discussions”  promote the use of critical thinking skills to identify and remove any challenges preventing participants from choosing positive behaviors during times of crisis. Our curriculum and activities are developed to teach youth accountability and that with every choice there is a consequence, some of which you must deal with the rest of your life.

'Toe Tag Monologues' aim to raise awareness about school shootings, violence in Las Vegas.

Our youth are dying at an alarming rate and we need your help. The Toe Tag Monologues movement is about saving lives one story at a time. We don’t have time to wait on government, schools or faith-based organizations.

GET INVOLVED IN THE MOVEMENT and SAVE a LIFE.
